Let’s think about what is happening right now.
The government has been printing so much money we have seen inflation of home prices, gas prices, the stock market, food, energy etc.
They issue low interest rates allowing organizations like BlackRock to borrow money below 1% and then go buy up homes across the nation at 35-60% above market prices pushing up the prices for everyone else.
Next they are talking about raising interest rates, which might help inflation but has created a huge downturn in the bond market and stock market. And we can see where this will lead for real estate.
And that’s just from announcing it not actually doing anything yet!
If that isn’t manipulation I don’t know what is.
This is the exact reason I challenge my clients to think differently, ask better questions, create their own bank and find better ways to grow and protect their hard earned money.
