One of the games we often play with our kids is the classic game of Jenga. In fact we like it so much that we have the life size Jenga blocks that look like they are made with 2 X 4 pieces of wood as well.
The first time that we played the large version of Jenga it turned out to be a bit painful.
We got the blocks set up in the tower form, which starts off around 3 feet tall or so and then each of our kids started to take a turn. The tower quickly grew from 3 feet to over 4 1/2 feet. That’s when my youngest boy had the ‘bright idea’ to start taking blocks from the bottom row, leaving this structure with only one single block on the bottom to stabilize with.
Needless to say, the foundation started to get pretty tipsy and in under a minute it all came crashing down…and my son’s face caught the brunt of it.
No stitches or flesh wounds, but we heard some screaming for a while.
(Don’t worry, he is ok and no permanent damage was done, ha ha)
In the video below I cover a concept that the top 1% have in place to create a solid financial foundation, and where 99% of Americans fall short.
I like to call this the “Power Pyramid”.
I hope you have this structure in place. If you don’t have it set up yet click here to book a call and figure how we can make your financial foundation stronger than the Egyptian pyramids.
