The Strangest Secret

Last week as my phone connected to my car, it played a random audio off my playlist. The audiobook “The Strangest Secret” came up and I decided to listen to it since it has been awhile since I had gone through it.
“The Strangest Secret” was written and recorded by Earl Nightingale in 1956. He originally was just using it to help a few sales people grow their businesses but it had been shared so much it became the first gold record to sell over one million copies under the spoken word genre and created a whole new category for business improvement and success.
If you haven’t read or listened to it I couldn’t recommend it more highly. It’s something that you can review periodically to make sure you are on the right track.
Earl mentions 5 things that will set you apart from the masses and help create your success. However he warns that only about 5 out of a 100 people will actually do this.
Earl’s 5 Must Do Things To Be Successful:
Realize thoughts are things – you become that which you think about
Get rid of negative information and thinking and let your imagination soar
Think positively about what you want to create and set a clearly defined goal and review everyday
Save at least 10% of what you earn
Action
He then quotes the Sermon on the Mount:
Matt 7:7 ¶ Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: 8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Later in the audiobook he gives a 30 day challenge which I recommend you try and take seriously.
It really boils down to PURPOSE and FAITH.
These success points help with any goal but especially when it comes to growing your wealth.
So what is it that you want:
Steady growth
Continuous Cash Flow
Reducing tax exposure
Generational wealth
Create an educational fund for kids/grandkids
Help a charity
Support research to cure disease
If you can dream up the vision and clearly communicate it to us, we can help get you there.
